This 16 hour course is designed to train maintenance technicians and other electrical personnel working in industrial plants and commercial buildings. YOU WILL LEARN: • Theory of operation of a Variable Frequency Drive • Basic testing before startup • Discrete inputs and outputs for control signals • Analog signals for speed reference Prior Knowledge: Prior experience or education with 3-phase motors is necessary to be successful in this Level 2 Class. RECOMMENDED TOOLS NOT INCLUDED: Klein Tools 11055 Wire Stripper and Cutter for 12-20 AWG Stranded Wire, Precision Screwdriver set, slotted, 6 pcs, and Digital Multi-meter Category III. *Recommended tools are the responsibility of each participant.
